It's Going to be Okay | Drops for Calm and Relaxation
When the world feels too heavy, when grief weighs down your chest, when anxiety hums at the edges of your thoughts—this is the blend to reach for.
Crafted with Chamomile, Linden, Hawthorn, Tulsi, and Rose Petals, this gentle, alcohol-free tincture wraps your heart in warmth and tells your nervous system: it is going to be okay. Each plant in this formula was chosen for its ability to soften, steady, and restore—offering both emotional and physical support when you're feeling overstretched, heart-worn, or fragile.
Chamomile brings her gentle and powerful medicine, the softness of a warm embrace, relaxing tension in the belly and the spirit. Many equate drinking a strong cup of chamomile tea to getting a warm and reassuring embrace from a loved one. Who doesn’t want or need that sometimes? Linden loosens the grip of worry and sweetens emotional overwhelm with her calming, heart-shaped leaves. Hawthorn strengthens a heart that’s been through too much, lending courage and clarity in times of grief. Tulsi grounds and balances, supporting the nervous and immune systems while gently lifting the fog of hopelessness. Rose opens the emotional channels—offering beauty, release, and the willingness to feel again. All of these beautiful plants work synergistically in this medicine to support you on the hardest days.
I was inspired to mix this blend when I found myself with an abundance of chamomile growing in my garden and heart-supporting and grief-relieving blends are always welcome (and needed!) in this house. This is sweet medicine, the herbs extracted in an alcohol-free base, so it is perfect for all ages. You can take a few drops directly in your mouth or, in my favorite way, put a dropperful (or 2 if you’re feeling it) into a glass and cover with plain, fizzy water. As with everything , always best to try smaller doses first just to see how this feels in your body!
